Steam Yacht Restoration
2008 has seen on going work on the restoration of a steam yacht currently being restored in Germany under the watchful eye of G.L.Watson and Co.
Fairlie have undertaken the construction of a new wheelhouse and all the new skylights, hatches, ladders and doors found on deck. The Rig, including spars and blocks, are also underway at Fairlie and will be delivered to the shipyard in February.
Fairlie are also involved on site with the fitting of all this new joinery and a large Fairlie workforce will be based onboard until she is commissioned.
